"These mysterious magical animals are a rarity. These very intelligent and proud animals can only be seen in certain places concentrated in magic and generally inaccessible, such as the altar of Tchwampa.
Imagine a fox slightly mixed with a bear. With a tapered appearance, they sport superb fur, sometimes brown, sometimes red. Even kikanwams with thick white fur have been observed at Blarvik Peak, which seems to confirm that they are adapting to their environment. Their large blue eyes shining with magic reflect great intelligence and inspire respect. It is advisable to walk past them with a slight tilt of the head.
They wear large and thin rings as necklaces which surely allow them to establish their hierarchy or else it is from there that they draw their magic... Mystery. Kikanwam like to lounge, but they also spend a lot of time running and jumping through the air, as if leaping onto invisible platforms that they generate on the fly.
Usually peaceful, they suddenly spiral out of control if someone disrespects the magical place they inhabit and seem to protect. Their eyes turn from blue to red, their fur aggressively puffs out to be prickly, and their lips curl up, making you look like a whole other animal in a split second. Nobody knows how they appeared there or why they seem to serve as shields for these particular places."
